CANCELLATION POLICY
1. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure any microblading bookings. The remaining balance is to be paid in full at your first appointment.

2. At least 48 hours notice must be given to move or cancel ANY appointment. Please be considerate that microblading is a long treatment so the more notice given the better. If you fail to do so your deposit will NOT be refunded.

3. If 48 hours notice is not given, 50% of treatment cost will be payable. This applys to ALL treatments booked at The Beauty Nest. A confirmation email of your appointment will be sent at the time of booking and a reminder text (if mobile number provided) is sent 48 hours before with the date and time of your appointment.

4. By booking with The Beauty Nest you are acknowledging and accepting these terms.
LATENESS FOR APPOINTMENTS
As a courtesy to others we reserve the right to reschedule your treatment if you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment. Where possible we will carry out your treatment but the time may be reduced due to time constraints and bookings but you will be charged the full treatment price.
GIFT VOUCHERS
1. The Beauty Nest gift vouchers are vaild for 6 months only from the date of purchase
2. Gift vouchers must be produced in person to be redeemed.
3. The Beauty Nest Gift voucher can be used in full or part payment for beauty services.
4. The balance on a gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Please look after The Beauty Nest gift voucher and treat it like cash.
6. The Beauty Nest may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reason or may discontinue the gift voucher scheme where necessary due to circumstances beyond The Beauty Nest reasonable control.
7.The Beauty Nest gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
