WHAT IS MICROBLADING?
Microblading is a form of cosmetic tattooing which is also known as micro-pigmentation. It’s performed with a very fine hand tool dipped in your chosen pigment. Tiny hair strokes are created by hand, following the natural direction of your brows .These hair strokes will flow in the same direction as your hair growth forming natural looking brows.
The process, which creates semi-permanent brows, thickens thinning brows or draws on new brows for those without any.

WILL IT HURT?
Although Microblading is a form of tattooing, the pain factor is considered to be less as the treatments are gentler and less invasive. For most people it is bearable, for others it can be a little uncomfortable, it totally depends on the individuals pain threshold. Many clients are surprised how little discomfort it causes.

WILL IT LOOK NATURAL?
Yes, Microblading is designed to suit the look & colour tone you want. I use the smallest blades on the market, called a Nano Blade, which mimics the hair strokes, therefore creating the most natural looking brows. No Block brows here.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF THE TREATMENT?
A consultation will be carried out to discuss your requirements from the treatment and to help you decide on the result that will best suit you. Whilst your pre numbing i will go over colours, colours can be custom blended to perfectly match your requirements. A thourough brow mapping will take place to design your perfect eyebrows before we start, using the blade we gently implant pigment into the skin mimicing your natural hair strokes.

HOW LONG IS THE TREATMENT?
The treatment time vary depending on how detailed the design needs to be. most treatments take 2-2.5 hours. Top ups are much quicker

HOW LONG WILL MY NEW BROWS LAST/WHATS THE MAINTENANCE?
This all depends on the individual. I would recommend top ups every 9-12 months to keep your brows looking their best. If you leave your brows without top up treatments they can stay between 1-2 years. They will gradually fade.

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE STRAIGHT AFTER TREATMENT?
Immediately after treatment your brows will look up to 50% darker, they will start to lighten after 4-7 days. You must not panic!

WHATS THE HEALING TIME/PROCESS?
Surface skin generally heals after 4-7 days after treatment, and 10-14 days below the surface. You will be provided full aftercare instructions. I will provide you with an aftercare balm for if any dryness/flakiness occurs during the healing process.

CAN I GO ON HOLIDAY STRAIGHT AFTER MY TREATMENT?
Strong sun exposure can have an impact on the treatment results during the immediate healing process. Id recommend to leave at least 2 weeks between your final treatment and your holiday.

CAN I WEAR MAKE UP AFTERWARDS?
You will need to wait until the area has healed before any make up can be applied. You may apply make up elsewhere, just be careful not to get anything on the brow area until they are fully healed.

IS THE 4-6 WEEK TOP UP APPOINTMENT NECESSARY?
This appointment is vital. This appointment is to top up any pigment that may have been lost during the healing process. Results vary for every client, the top up appointment is a great opportunity to discuss any concerns etc. If this appointment is not attended, any future appointments will be charged for.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You can make an appointment by text, email, phone OR our Online booking. A £50 deposit will be required to secure your booking, the remaining balance is to be paid in full at your first treatment. No microblading appointments can be made without paying the deposit.
